I am passionate about 'mind medicine', my version of preventative mental health! I use coaching to enable individuals to find their own techniques to manage work and life, in turn fully realising their potential. I’m also a Wraw practitioner (Workplace resilience and wellbeing) so can work with you using a psychometric to identify your resilient strengths and the impact that has on your wellbeing.

After nearly 10 years of asking 'is this it?' about my life, it was a broken ankle that brought me to my knees; burn-out was quickly followed by a bout of depression. Once on the mend, I found a career coach for myself. That sparked my passion for coaching, so inspired I formally trained and set up my own business; coaching, training and speaking. I studied with Barefoot Coaching, additionally achieving a PGCERT in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester. I went on in 2018 to gain Associate Certified Coach status with the International Coach Federation. I also hold Associate membership with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development).

I have passion and experience in health and wellness, particularly in the medical field. I work with organisations and individuals, focussing on doctors and healthcare professionals. My coaching programmes help you learn to care for yourself as much as for your patients so you can enjoy the fun stuff in life! One GP I coached said:

'Putting myself first has the knock on effect of making others happier so isn’t as selfish as I thought'

I have completed ultra-distance running events, a full ironman and am a keen year round sea swimmer, so you could say I like a challenge!
