Are you a frustrated, exhausted Medic Mum? Have you lost sight of why you chose to go into medicine in the first place? Do you feel emotionally drained, physically exhausted and worn out by work with no time to recover before the next day begins? You have no time to spend with your children. No time to REALLY listen to them. Most importantly, though, no time to listen to your needs or time to look after YOU.

I'm a busy, working mum of three young children and married to an exercise-crazed husband. I understand how difficult it can be juggling the many balls life throws at us. I get it!

I am a certified Life and Tiny HabitsⓇ coach and GP with 18 years experience and I help Medic Mums get back control of their lives. By combining my coaching, scientific medical background and a behavioural change model known as Tiny HabitsⓇ I help Medic Mums to focus on making small, in fact tiny, changes to their life. This enables them to make lasting, sustainable changes, care for themselves and above all start prioritising themselves and what matters to them.

For 18 years I've worked as a doctor, 11 of these as a GP and I LOVE my work. Believe me this wasn’t always the case. Four years ago I found myself with a 3 month old baby, an unfinished extension, and no kitchen or bedroom. I was utterly miserable in my job and completely out of control of my life.

Time with a coach gave me the clarity I needed to leave my GP Partnership and focus on what really mattered to me, which was ultimately getting my life back on track. I’d love to help you do the same.
