Meet your host...

Hi!  I am Dr Caroline Walker and I founded The Joyful Doctor.

I have struggled with my own mental and physical health problems over the years, and this led me to specialise in the wellbeing of doctors.

I am passionate about helping caring professionals, to look after themselves as well as they look after others... and I love being creative!  I am a keen writer, paper-crafter, cross-stitcher and I enjoy poetry, art and music in many forms.

I created these Art for Wellbeing days to encourage doctors to have more fun with their learning and to reconnect with their creativity, and explore its many benefits for our wellbeing.

If you come along you will also be supporting the work of The Joyful Doctor with your ticket fee - helping us to reach more struggling doctors with our message of hope, compassion and wellbeing - so thank you!

Yes please - I'd love to come along!
